What do customers need to prepare for equipment installation?

The customer needs to prepare power supply, air source, water source (if applicable), foundation leveling and lifting equipment. The specific preparation matters will be provided by our company with installation list guidance.

Is there a charge for after-sales service? How long is the warranty period?

The equipment is provided with a free warranty of 1 year (excluding vulnerable parts).

Is remote technical support available?

Yes, it supports various forms of technical support such as wechat, video call and remote login system.

What is the response time for equipment failures?

The response time for domestic customers is within 2 hours, and engineers will be arranged to the site within 48 hours for serious faults. For foreign customers, the response time is usually 3-5 working days according to different regions.
